Design Your Life Coaching
Only 15% of people are engaged at work. 85% are unhappy. For many the toughest part is going through each day without hitting someone in the face.
HERE’S HOW TO AVOID GETTING A CRIMINAL RECORD AND DO WORK THAT’S TRUE TO YOU AND GIVES YOU JOY AND MEANING.
You’ve strived so hard and studied so hard to get to where you are in your career and yet you feel stressed and unsatisfied. You wake up on Mondays feeling dread. Going to work feels like holding your nose and dunking your head under water until you can resurface and breathe again at the end of the day. You feel too tired and stuck to figure out what else you could do.....

Meet your new Design Your Life Certified Coach, Alexandra
I’d been a Gestalt and EMDR pscyhotherapist for 12 years when I discovered the Design Your Life programme. I was looking to make a change in my working life in September ‘22. After a failed IVF and a relationship break-up, I found myself thinking about the next twenty years of my working life. I realised that the idea of doing exactly what I’d been doing for the last 12 years did not inspire me. I started thinking about other interests and passions I could pursue. In this process I discovered the Design Your Life programme and felt inspired and excited by it. Using the tools I initiated a career pivot , focussing only on projects that inspire and energise me. I committed to trusting the process and having faith that if they energise me, they will work out. Training to be a Design Your Life coach was one of those projects. I feel energised and excited helping you to figure out work that truly reflects you and that gives you joy and meaning. Oh and in the meantime the next IVF attempt worked out and so I find myself adding mother of two to my exciting projects portfolio.
